Logistics Resources International's logistics master planning and problem solving approach is based on a fundamental methodology moving in each project through assessment, planning, and implementation phases. The assessment phase identifies deficiencies and opportunities for improvement in measures, processes, systems, and organization structures. The planning phase identifies short and long-term recommendations, initiatives, and project plans for new measures and goals, new process designs, new system requirements, and new organization requirements. The implementation phase guides the client through the realization of the improvements in metrics, processes, systems, and organization identified in the planning phase.

Logistics Resources International utilizes a series of PC-based logistics decision support tools to improve the speed, creativity, and reliability of its consulting programs.
